Rent and mortgage cases

The CGPJ also reported on requests sent to shared notification and enforcement services, though its data measures trends rather than absolute values in every court district. A request sent to one of these services does not mean it was carried out. The national figures for the quarter show the sharpest change in rent-related cases, while mortgage-related evictions moved far less than the mortgage filings themselves.
